Delivery

We deliver worldwide (USA, Canada, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia).

Delivery times generally vary between 10 and 45 days, depending on your location.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity and all deliveries are free of charge.

Your parcel has probably been delayed by customs or we have many orders like yours to send. In this case, you have 60 days (from dispatch) to receive it. After 60 days, you can ask for a refund, or we’ll make a special gesture to thank you for your patience.

For your security, all transactions are encrypted using secure software. We have no access to your credit card information*.

The “HTTPS” in our store URLs testifies to the quality of our services. HTTPS is a variant of “http”, secured by SSL/TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect the financial transactions of e-commerce sites. As e-merchants, we are well aware that the use of SSL is becoming increasingly essential. It’s the best way to protect your data and guard against hackers and identity theft.

Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock in the browser’s URL bar. It is also represented by an “s”, meaning “secure”, which is added to the “http” protocol on the website address bar.

You cannot accumulate coupon codes. You can only use one at a time.

If we haven’t shipped your parcel, customer service can enter your new address directly into our system.

If we have already shipped your parcel, customer service will help you according to your situation.

All our dresses come with a size guide to help our customers avoid any inconvenience. Our team takes care to measure each item and to add the corresponding comment in each description. The buyer therefore assumes full responsibility for any dresses that are too small or too big. Nevertheless, we know that buying such an item can be very frustrating.

For the moment, we only sell online.

If you’re looking for a particular model of wedding dress, we can certainly obtain it from our suppliers. Please contact us via our form, if possible with a photo of the desired dress.
