The items supplied by bride-of-hera.com are new and guaranteed against any visible defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all the referenced suppliers.
If an item happens to be defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 30 working days, from receipt of the items, to request an exchange or refund. If the thirty-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@esposa-de-hera.com (description and photos attached).
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, bride-of-hera.com is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer with the exception of custom-sized dresses, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
The return shipping costs will then remain your responsibility.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within a period of less than or equal to 30 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
