As a result, due to their unique and bespoke nature, our bohemian wedding dresses cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning “the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.” This includes items made to measure or semi-measure.

Committed to your satisfaction, we carry out rigorous quality checks before each shipment. If, despite our efforts, a manufacturing defect is detected or an error occurs in your order, we invite you to contact our customer service. We will do everything possible to meet your expectations.

Finally, we recommend carefully checking your measurements before placing your order, as any errors related to the provided measurements are your responsibility.
