Wedding dress size guide
To make sure your wedding dress fits perfectly, here’s our size guide with instructions on taking measurements. Don’t forget to ask another person to help you take your measurements for greater accuracy.
How to take your measurements
Hip Circles
- Keep your feet together.
- Measure the widest part of your hips.
Waist circumference
- Lean to one side to find the crease or natural waist and measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
- Take the measurement when your lungs are full of air, so you don’t feel tight in your dress and can breathe freely.
Chest size
- Not your bra size.
- Let your arms fall by your sides.
- Measure your chest circumference at the tip of your breasts.
Dress length
- Stand up straight, feet bare and together.
- Place the tape measure at the top of your shoulder and pull it straight out to the desired length.
Additional tips
- When taking your measurements, wear undergarments similar to those you will be wearing on your wedding day.
- If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size to ensure an optimal fit.
